Our scan is free for any check-engine-light visit. A full diagnostic — where the tech traces the issue with scope, smoke machine, or other tools — starts at standard labor rates, which we quote up front before any work begins. If you have us complete the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived.
Always. Every estimate is sent to your phone or email with itemized parts and labor, plus photos of any failed components we found during inspection. Nothing is done without your approval.
Standard environmental and disposal fees apply for fluids, filters, and similar consumables. They’re itemized on every invoice — no surprises.
Yes. We work with most major aftermarket warranty providers (Endurance, CarShield, Olive, etc.). Bring your contract or call us before booking and we’ll verify coverage.
Most general repairs (brakes, oil change, alignment, basic diagnostics) are same-day. Specialty work — diesel injector replacement, BMW timing, Subaru head gasket, transmission rebuild — can take 2–5 business days depending on parts availability. We’ll give you a turnaround estimate when we provide the quote.
Yes. There’s an after-hours drop box on the south side of the building. Drop your keys in the box with a note (your name, phone number, vehicle, and what you’d like us to look at) and we’ll call first thing the next business day to confirm. Booking online ahead of time helps us prep your file before you arrive.
Absolutely. Photos go to your phone via the digital inspection. If you want the actual part to take with you, just ask before we dispose of it.
Diesel, European, Japanese, and American cars and trucks. That includes Cummins (5.9 and 6.7), Power Stroke (6.0, 6.4, 6.7, 7.3), and Duramax diesel engines; BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Mini, and Volvo; Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Mazda, and Nissan; and Ford, Chevy, GMC, RAM, and Jeep cars and trucks.
We service hybrid vehicles (Prius, Camry Hybrid, RAV4 Hybrid, Highlander Hybrid, etc.) for routine maintenance and most repairs. Full-EV service is limited — we handle tires, brakes, suspension, and 12V systems on EVs but defer high-voltage drivetrain work to dealer specialists.
Yes — case by case. Most pre-1980 vehicles can come in for general service. Specialty work (carburetor rebuilds, points-and-condenser ignition, etc.) we handle on a quote basis.
Legal, emissions-compliant tuning only. We do not perform DPF, EGR, or DEF deletes, and we do not work on previously deleted trucks for emissions-affecting service. Towing tunes and CARB-approved performance tuning that keep emissions equipment intact: yes.
