BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Mini, Volvo. Dealer-level diagnostics with factory-grade scan tools, OEM parts — at independent-shop prices.
European cars are a different beast from domestic. The cooling systems are plastic where they should be metal. The electrical systems have CAN-bus modules that don’t speak to generic scan tools. The wear patterns on a BMW VANOS are nothing like the wear patterns on a Toyota timing chain.
That’s why European service requires specialist tools, specialist parts, and specialist time. Our European tech has manufacturer-specific training, the right OEM and OE-equivalent parts on the shelf (Bosch, ZF, Mahle, Pierburg), and the patience to do the job correctly the first time.
The end result: same OEM parts, same standards as the dealer, typically at 30–50% less.

If you drive a European car past 80,000 miles, you’ll start seeing some of these. Most are routine. All of them deserve a real diagnosis before parts are thrown at the problem.
Yes. We invest in factory-grade diagnostic equipment for every major European platform: Autologic, Bosch ESI, ISTA for BMW, ODIS for VW/Audi, XENTRY for Mercedes, and PIWIS for Porsche. Generic scan tools miss most of the platform-specific codes that matter on these vehicles.
By default, yes. For European cars especially, parts quality is non-negotiable — aftermarket cooling parts and electrical components often fail prematurely on these platforms. We source OEM (BMW, Mercedes, etc.) and OE-equivalent (Bosch, Mahle, ZF, Pierburg, etc.) and we’ll always tell you what we’re using on the estimate.
Yes. We service every European brand the dealer does (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW, Land Rover, Mini, Volvo) at typically 30–50% less than dealer pricing for the same work, using the same OEM parts.
Yes — case by case. We have technicians who’ve worked on E30 BMWs, air-cooled Porsches, and W124 Mercedes for decades. For specialty work on older platforms (carburetor rebuilds, tape-deck replacement, CIS fuel injection), we’ll discuss scope and pricing during the initial estimate.
We service routine work (tires, brakes, suspension, 12V systems, cabin filters) on all European EVs and plug-in hybrids. High-voltage drivetrain diagnostics on full EVs are limited to specific platforms; we’ll let you know up front if we can take the work or if you’d be better served by a dealer.
